Young Entrepreneurs Series Lanyard Donation
October 12, 2011
busier than ever with our Million Lanyard Give donations this month,
continually finding new organizations and schools with great programs that
enrich lives. One of our most recent donations was to the Young
Entrepreneurs Series (YES) program in Michigan.
The YES Program, created by the Michigan Association for Female
Entrepreneurs in 2004, teaches young women ages 14-18 about the skills
needed to start a business enterprise through hands-on training and
one-on-one mentoring. The program includes a 3-day long Business Camp and
Leadership Camp, several workshops, and even unique business tours to
Chicago, Toronto, New York and Washington D.C.
Our donated neck lanyards will be used to hold name badges for the upcoming
BizCamp, where those involved in the program will listen to guest speakers,
participate in local community projects, work on projects and receive first
hand business experience. If your interested in the program, visit their
website or check them out on Facebook.
If you are part of an event, program, function, etc that could benefit from
a few of our products, feel free to fill out our
lanyard donation form, and tell us about your cause. If you have any
questions about the program, or would like to contact our Donations Manager
personally, send an email to donations(at)lanyardstore(dot)com.
